Description: This photograph is of J.D. Towar (M.A.C. class of 1885; M.S., 1902) from the Colon Christopher Lillie papers. He is identified on the front of the photo along with the date "Feb. 1945." The back reads: "Even though his pants look baggy, his vest fits lightly [tightly?] and he weighs 194 on the hoof [?]. He takes a 2 mile walk, sometimes more, every day. This is the way he dresses in California in Mid-February. Address: 2600 Ridge Road, Berkely, California."
