Bush (the Republican nominee), Governor Bill Clinton (the Democratic nominee), and Ross Perot (independent candidate) spoke at the third and final Presidential Debate on October 19, 1992. This documentary shows the preparations that were made to make this event possible, and how it resulted in the largest TV audience in presidential debate history at the time.
