Description: This class rivalry poster from 1913 was created by the sophomores (Class of 1916) to taunt the freshmen (Class of 1917). The poster features a student from the Class of 1916 holding up the head of a (presumed) freshman and a bloody saber, while the body lies beneath. The poster says, "Our Motto: 'Short and Snappy;' Our Symbol - Gore." The day for the games between the classes was to be October 4, 1913.
