3. President Hannah, Richard O. Niehoff, Chief Advisor (M.S.U.), stationed at Rawalpindi, W.Pakistan, and Major General W. A. Burki, Minister for Health, Labour, and Social Welfare, Government of Pakistan, in latter's office in Rawalpindi. Note: The Academies for Village Development were formerly in Burki's Ministry.
