Description: This photograph is in a scrapbook of pictures put together by international student Onn Mann Liang while he was in the U.S. between 1922 and 1932. This picture was taken while Liang was working as a bridge designer for the Michigan State Highway Department, and he visited Buffalo, New York. The building today is known as the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society.
