Description: An example of a leaflet advertising the student strike at MSU in May 1970. This strike was part of the larger student strike of 1970, which took place across the country. The demands of the strike were to get the U.S. out of Indochina, abolish ROTC, free Bobby Seale, and support the students of Kent State, four of whom were shot and killed by the Ohio National Guard just three days earlier during a protest of the U.S. campaign in Cambodia.
