Description: Wintertime on the Red Center River, although the river is not frozen. A man has brought his child to feed the ducks. The ducks are swimming, the man is looking out on the water, and the child is mid-throw of a handful of duck food. A few ducks have found the food the child has thrown and appear to be eating it.
