Description: A student-made film highlighting the 1967 Water Carnival and its theme, A B Cedarian. As a little boy sets a toy boat afloat on the Red Cedar River, a female narrator describes MSU's Water Carnival. The boat sails down to one of the floats, and a female student returns the boat to the boy and introduces him to other students as they work on their floats.
