Description: Five MSU students, including two medical students, took part in a cooperative program between MSU and the Western Upper Peninsula Health Services Council (Summer, 1967). The students worked on individual health care projects, but worked together painting this carriage. The carriage was part of a plan to promote a program designed to introduce senior citizens to the community health services available to them. The students are: (from the left) Patricia Carne, nursing student; Robert N. Justl, medical student; Dianne Gardiner, health education major; and Molly Gee, nursing student. Paul Campana was the second medical student.
