Title: The Last Water Carnival

Description: Held annually by the Senior Class, the Water Carnival was a Michigan State tradition where floats were built based on themes. Greek Life organizations and Residence Halls were able to enter their floats into the carnival which was held on the Red Cedar River. The floats were judged by the faculty. The last year students held a Water Carnival was in 1969. At the Sesquicentennial Celebration in 2005, MSU held a commemorative Water Carnival.
