Title: John Hannah calls for needed facilities
Description: No new academic buildings had been erected on campus since 1929. The reason for this was lack of funding. Hannah called for the construction for much needed facilities. He asked for the following buildings: Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Veterinary Medicine. Additions were also needed for Home Economics, Agriculture Hall, the Art Department, Forestry Department, and Business Administration. He also claimed a new library was an urgent need, as well as an expansion to the power plant.
